Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 24 hours from one of our regional fulfilment centers. Air express is offered at no cost on all orders to each continent.
Import Taxes: No need to worry about the taxes for most countries which we provide free shipping. Few country may be required to pay import taxes upon receipt.
Our shipping service provides tracking information. The delivery times can vary depending on your local customs processing times and forwarding mail service.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping) for any unused and non-customized products for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If we receive your request after 30 days, we will issue you a web store credit for the full sub-total amount.
